Transparency means every guest receives an open and honest dialogue with their Technician and Service Advisor. When you service with Schomp, each guest will receive a Video Walk-Around of their vehicle. The Video Walk-Around allows you to hear recommendations from the technician who inspected your vehicle. We'll highlight repairs needed, provide a report on the vehicle's overall health, and give suggestions on what items need to be taken care of immediately and soon to minimize the risk down the road!
