I loved my experience at schomp! Heidi and Taylor were extremely welcoming and helped answer all of our questions. Other dealerships I went to before schomp were stressful and there was too much pressure to sign to the point it felt like it wasn't my choice anymore! I bought a used jeep and absolutely love it! They made the experience very enjoyable.

To start, my wife and I have purchased our past two vehicles from Schomp, one (a 2003 Accord) from Schomp BMW, and the other (a Crosstour) from Schomp Honda.  Both buying experiences were excellent, but what confirmed us as loyal Schomp customers was the service experience we had over the past week and a half.  Two weekends ago, the Accord died while running errands.  Starter was working, had electricity, but nothing.  Got a tow over to Schomp Honda service and got in at around 415pm on Saturday.  They let me know that they'd try and see it that night, but likely not until Monday.  Fast forward to Monday, when they rang at around midday.  We were already prepared to spend some money, so when they called and said they needed to get into the engine (for $$$), we were OK with it.  They let me know that they'd need about a day and a half to get an idea of what needed to be done, so I was ready.  On Tuesday, they rang in the early afternoon to my wife, and let her know that all of our issues stemmed from a mistake they made 25k miles earlier, and that they had already ordered the parts and would be making all of the repairs at no cost (including labor).  They also said that, since they were in the engine already, they had some recommendations (we went with most of them) for some services.  We would have *never* known that the primary issue was their responsibility is they hadn't been honest about it.  I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience - I've purchased at least ten cars over the years and this buying experience was by far the best and most relaxed. Jasmine and Singh were knowledgeable, polite, laid back, and highly professional. Everything was as clear as a bell and there was no pressure of any kind. When we decided to buy a new car, we returned to Schomp because our sales and service experience was so good the first time. We weren't disappointed. Unusual as it may be, Schomp's slogan, "one price, one person, one hour" is consistently lived out in the quality of their products, the sparkling look of the dealership and the honest, respectful, knowledgable level of the staff. As promised, Steve walked (or drove) us through the entire process, exploring our needs, clearly explaining the product choices and financing options and closing the sale -- no bait and switch or managers arriving with different "deals". Much has changed since we bought our now old Accord, but once we selected our CRV, Steve and Jasmine, the Product Pro, took the time we needed to confidently operate our new vehicle, while encouraging us to call or come back if we want addiitonal help mastering the new features. To sum up, we love our new car and are more than satisfied with our Schomp experience. We will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
