Everything was great Jack our service writer took really good care of me, mighn our shuttle driver did a great job. But the customer service people that scheduled our service told me they would shuttle me back home but they dont pick you back up that I would have to find my way back to pick up my car I think you should inform your customer service better cause i wasnt the only one told that. Jack our service writer told me that wasnt true and he made sure i got a shuttle back to the dealership to pick up my car...
I am very happy with the high degree of care and service I received from Elliott the sales representative who sold my Honda Crosstour to me. He treated my family and I like royalty. This was not what impressed me most however. It was long after the sale was complete that he continued to patiently field questions from me via phone an email. He also let me test drive a Pilot and Ridgeline a few months later just to compare to my Crosstour, as I was worried I may need a bigger vehicle. Turns out the experience with the other cars solidified my confidence in the Crosstour and helped me realize it was the best car for me. I'll be looking to Schomp and to Elliott for my next Honda purchase.
Honda Crosstour needed it's airbag inflator replaced due to a recall. I live 50 miles from the dealership. A technician named AC drove all the way to my house to do the work for me. Turns out they needed a special part and it couldn't be completed. Offered to leave me the dealership's (what looked like a brand new) Honda Civic, and to take my car into the shop, keep for a couple days and return to me. I was not comfortable with this. No problem. AC drove back out after the part arrived, and did the recall. 200 miles they gave to me. This was convenient beyond description. Thanks Byron (manager) and AC!!!
Dan was knowledgeable, answered all questions honestly and in an informed manner, and was very attentive to what I was looking for. He did not try to up sell or push something on me that I didn't want but presented all options and ammenities so I could make an informed decision. The no-haggle environment was refreshing after dealing with other used car dealerships earlier in the day . The entire experience ran smoothly, the only part that got annoying was waiting for all the paper work to be printed and finalized. Thanks a lot for a great experience!
The dealership itself is beautiful, everyone we encountered was professional and quick. Our salesman Steven Trummer, was honest and patient. His manager was also very honest, no dancing around facts or trying to woo us with sales tactics. The coffee in the waiting area/customer lounge is lousy.
My experience with Schomp Honda was outstanding! I usually do not go to a big car dealership when buying a vehicle. Jesse Powell was my car salesman. I found the vehicle I was looking for online. Jesse was very helpful with contacting me by phone and arranging a time to meet and finish the paperwork. Jesse was very professional, courteous and well informed on the vehicle I chose. The process was very pleasant. I will be using Schomp again when I am in need of another vehicle. Thanks again Jesse, for making my car buying experience a pleasant one.
