Hayes was amazing to work with! We had not bought a new car in 18 years so we had a lot of questions. He was super patient and it felt like we were working with a friend. He even found my daughter’s earring we were looking for that dropped off in the car we traded in. He’s very good with attention to detail and explains all of the features and financing very thoroughly. I’d definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Such an easy buying experience. No hidden fees and they were extremely courteous and upfront about everything. The only time I felt a little bit of pressure was when they were offering their One Protect plans. Outside of that everything was pretty smooth. My daughter and I had limited time to work with because of her non-traditional work schedule, but they worked with us the best they could and we were able to get a deal done on our schedule and never felt rushed.
I deal a lot with Justin in their wholesale parts side and I can tell he values his customers. Always going above and beyond. If your reading this review one thing to consider while buying a car is does this dealer have the parts to repair the car if it gets damaged or breaks down. A lot of dealers avoid wholesale parts which thins the availability. Let me start by saying I love my Honda Prologue—the car itself is amazing. However, the support I've received since purchasing the car has been terrible. I was told by the tire insurance representative that I would be 'stupid not to' get the insurance because the tires are expensive to replace. So, I went ahead and purchased it.
