The Teacher of the Year voting has been postponed.

Due to the recent closure of Colorado school districts, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone this contest until late summer/early fall. We felt this was the best decision to ensure that Schomp Honda can properly honor & celebrate our nominees and winner. We are excited to announce that out of 670 individual nominations, we’ve narrowed the finalist list down to 20 of the most-nominated educators. Once social distancing restrictions are lifted, our committee members will narrow these 20 down to 6. Please follow Schomp Honda on social media for further updates.

Your Vote Matters

The Teacher of the Year Award winner will be chosen from teachers nominated by their peers, parents, students and community members. Finalists will be chosen by a select committee that includes educational experts, community members and Schomp Honda representatives. The winner will be chosen via online voting by the public.

Supporting Our School System

Thank You, Teachers!

Schomp Honda Teacher of the Year nominations should be focused on how teachers spark a positive impact in their schools, the lives of their students, and the families with which they interact in their communities. This program is part of Schomp Spark – the identity behind the Schomp Automotive Group’s philanthropic initiative, anchored by three pillars: education, wellness and stewardship.
